Jay is one of the leading real estate brokers on Lake of Bays and in North Muskoka. She helps clients buy and sell cottages on Lake of Bays, the chain of Huntsville Lakes ( Mary Lake, Fairy Lake, Peninsula Lake and Lake Vernon) and surrounding area lakes in Muskoka. She is respected by her colleagues and clients alike for her knowledge of waterfront and her positive, winning attitude.
Jay owns the charming building that houses the Royal LePage Real Estate office in Dwight, at the northern end of Lake of Bays. Her office services the 106 miles of shoreline of Lake of Bays including Dorset, Baysville and Dwight.
A graduate of York University, Toronto ( M.A. Psychology), Jay has a successful business & real estate background. She held the position of National Manager, Real Estate Sales and Relocation Services for one of Canada’s largest financial firms before owning and operating her own successful businesses in Toronto. A summer resident of Muskoka for many years, Jay made her own dreams come true when she relocated to Lake of Bays permanently in 1991.
Jay owns the charming historical building that houses the Royal LePage office in Dwight. A warm and inviting environment, when visiting the office you are often greeted by the office assistant ‘Maggie’ a rescue dog from the animal shelter. Proud to give back to her community, Jay is a strong supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, The Huntsville Festival of the Arts, Reel Alternatives and many local initiatives such as the Dwight Winter Carnival and Friends of the Dwight Library. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Huntsville.
