Stephen Leonard, Real Estate Consultant  – The Richardson Team.

A previous planner for Lake of Bays Township, with a background in land development, Steve brings critical site planning skills to the team. When buying waterfront it is essential you know exactly what you are buying; if you can expand the cottage and by how much; what is the allowable building at the waterfront; setbacks, and much more.  These complex issues affect the buying and selling process and ultimately the value of the cottage property. Steve spent  his summers at the family cottage on Charlie Thompson Road and is very familiar with the Lake of Bays surrounding area.
