After graduating from University with a master’s degree in Psychology, Jay worked for a large Canadian financial institution as their National Manager of Real Estate Sales and Services, before owning her own retail businesses in North Toronto. In 1991 Jay followed her passion for Lake of Bays/Muskoka and moved to the area full-time to pursue her love of real estate in this beautiful area. Jay owns the Royal LePage office in Dwight, Lake of Bays. She is considered one of the top waterfront sales specialist in Muskoka.
Dave is a lifelong Muskoka cottager who became a year-round resident in 2014. Dave brings his educational background in research along with strong cottaging skills to ensure buyers and sellers receive knowledgeable, helpful guidance when buying or selling Muskoka property. When not assisting clients with real estate, Dave and his wife help their 2 young children discover the joys of cottaging and all things Muskoka.
Susi was a successful real estate agent for over 30 years before retiring from active sales with the Richardson Team in 2020 to take the position of client liaison with Jay. Susi’s reputation for dedicated, outstanding, client service is well known by all. Susi loves golfing, hiking and taking long walks with Rosie her beloved Yellow Lab.
Cam grew up spending his summers and holidays at the family cottage in the Kawarthas. Here he developed his love of boating, snowmobiling and all things nature-related. A retired Toronto firefighter, Cam brings his skill and knowledge of cottaging and waterfront living to assist Jay and the Richardson Team with waterfront cottage sales.
Sabrina was raised in Muskoka & is a graduate of the University of Guelph where she obtained her degree in English and Art History, before attending Ryerson University to complete classes in the book publishing program. Living and working in Muskoka, Sabrina shares her love of photography along with posts about listings and real estate happenings.
After a decade of vacationing in Muskoka, Glenn made the area his permanent home. Before becoming a professional real estate salesperson Glenn’s background included a successful career as operations manager and customer service for Toronto Union Station. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys open water swim training and competition.
