Meet Jay Richardson

Jay Richardson | Lake of Bays & Muskoka Waterfront Real Estate Broker

For more than 25 years, Jay Richardson has helped buyers and sellers of waterfront homes, cottages and rural properties across Lake of Bays and North Muskoka. Based in Dwight, she knows these shorelines first-hand, from Lake of Bays and Peninsula Lake to Fairy Lake, Lake Vernon and the inland lakes around Huntsville, Baysville, Dorset and Dwight.

A Boutique Royal LePage Office with a Personal Approach

As Broker/Owner of The Richardson Team – Refined Real Estate, a boutique office of Royal LePage Lakes of Muskoka, Jay works directly with every client. Sellers benefit from pricing backed by local market data, professional presentation, compelling storytelling and skilled negotiation. Buyers get straight answers on the details that drive waterfront value: frontage, water depth, exposure, sunsets and year-round access.
